Our aim is to shift the focus in application processes to WHAT you have done and away from WHERE you have done it. We want to provide applicants as well as recruiters with a bias-free experience. We cut the noise and blank out personal data, former employer names, educational institutions or everything that inclines to distract from the real deal: the skills an applicant brings to a company and in which projects and tasks they were successfully applied.
