Equal Opportunity

How the focus on skills fosters same chances for everyone.

No personal data

A skillmap just presents what you have done and focuses on your skills. No personal data is shown as information about ethnic background, gender, names or age.

No name dropping of famous universities

The opinion of recruiters can be biased by a well-known or just personal-known school or university. It's great, if you have visited an excellent educational institution. And these educational institutions will provide you with outstanding skills, which are shown via your skillmap.

No naming of big corporation names

A big company name doesn't say anything about what you have really done. There are brilliant jobs in well-known companies and so are in smaller and unfamiliar companies. A skillmap focuses on what you have done in those companies and avoids a probable distortion in application processes.

No room for biases

Particularly the numeric scales of a skillmap make the skills comparable between applicants. Enriched with the qualitative stating of projects and tasks as an additional distinction criteria, a skillmap provides a fair and clear overview in the same format for all applicants.
