A skillmap helps you to get the job you desire, by standing out with a creative and interactive CV addition as well as by throwing the spotlight on your skills. A skillmap makes application fairer and less biased. Find more information, why a skillmap is the perfect tool for you here.

There are three ways to share your skillmap with a recruiter, employer or with your personal network. You can create a QR-code, a short link and/or a picture of your skillmap and integrate it into your CV. We give you inspiration with several templates, which you can find here.

Just enter your skills into a form and you can automatically create and continuously adjust your skillmap whenever you like. Find more information here.

There are two recommendations from us, how you can handle this case. Firstly, we recommend to group them in one "skill" field and explain your different deployment areas in the "projects and tasks" section and average or sum respectively the values. Another possibility is, that you name your skills differently depending on the position you had, e.g. "Python - Data Analyst Company XY" and "Python - Data Scientist Company YX". We give you full flexibility in the creation of your skillmap and you can fully draw on your creativity by distinguishing and presenting your skills.
